VisualARQ is the architectural design tool for architects, draughtsmen, builders, engineers and master builders, etc. that work with AutoCAD LT drawing or correcting architecture plans in 2D. VisualARQ lets you draw 2D plans easily, intuitively and quickly, incorporating many  more details to the project than if you were only using AutoCAD LT.

• All the VisualARQ objects are associated to a style. If we modify a style, all the objects that belong to that style will be automatically modified. An object can disassociate itself from a style and acquire another one.
• The styles are edited from the AutoCAD; it is not necessary to have an external database.
• New styles are created by using a comfortable styles wizard.

VisualARQ incorporates all the necessary objects for drawing and editing building plans.

Unlike working with AutoCAD LT, VisualARQ provides parametric elements like Walls, Columns, Openings, Doors, Windows, Stairs, Railings, Column bases, Braces, etc. that speed up drawing plans. 

These parametric elements are easily edited with AutoCAD LT editing commands, which lets you automate the arrangements and update project information. This information (dimensions, surfaces, door and window plans, elevations, sections, etc.) is automatically generated thanks to the information provided by the architectural elements.

The spaces let you calculate the area with just one click on each of the project areas. 

Even though it is 2D design program, VisualARQ automatically generates sections and elevations. These elements are updated with each change done in the project.

Documentation

One of the main advantages of VisualARQ is the automatic creation of plan documentation. The program lets you create surface plans, dimension drawings, door and window schedule tables, etc. in a few steps

All the plan documentation generated are inter-related to the elements so that if you want to modify the drawing, the documentation is automatically updated. 

Thanks to VisualARQ, tedious review tasks are eliminated thus avoiding errors in the updating process. Moreover, it lets you create tables with drawn elements, lists of electricity elements, lavatories, columns, etc.

Tools

VisualARQ tool menu includes following aids :

Layer manager: Lets you group and control layer sets more rapidly.
Entities setting: Predefines the layer and the color where each of the VisualARQ object is drawn.
Import styles:Lets you read object styles created in other drawings and use them in the current one.

Line converter:The line converter lets you generate VisualARQ architecture objects from AutoCAD drawings made of lines and blocks. This tool is perfect for converting old drawings from external collaborations in live projects.
