3D Digitizer Questions

I am looking for a digitizing package that would do graphs in a three dimension aspect (x,y and z). 

The Logic Group is developing a 3d digitizer that will give accurate x,y,z coordinates
 

We are looking to digitize a surfboard in a cost effective way

Our 3d digitizer will be able to digitize surboards and save you a 3d dxf graphics file for your cnc machine. The cost will be $3000.
